For my learning project, I would love to learn different ways to relieve stress and anxiety through yoga. Personally, being a student and mother of one soon to be two I have a lot of stress. I have heard from many people that yoga has many health benefits and is very relaxing. I read an article online 7 ways Yoga Benefits mental health the article explains the benefits of yoga, it’s definitely worth the read!
I wanted to try it out for the longest time however, I could not fit it in my schedule. Now that I finally have time to try it out I am going to be recording and taking photos of the new positions I learn. Therefore, if you want to keep up with my journey keep up with my blog.

If you are looking for different kinds of yoga, I recommend hot yoga. I tried it once and it was hard and sweaty and kicked my butt, but I would do it again in a heartbeat! It was a lot of fun, and I came out of my lesson feeling relaxed and better than I had in a while. Very excited to see where this journey will take you!!
